The new Financial Training: ANDAF

Continuous training is now crucial for financial managers, and ANDAF supports those who wish to lead companies through change with initiatives such as New Financial Training. Since 1968, ANDAF has been the National Association of Administrative and Financial Directors, uniting finance and management professionals.
ANDAF promotes experience sharing and supports continuous development of managerial skills among its members and affiliated professionals.

Therefore, to make training more accessible and innovative, ANDAF collaborated with Commodore Academy to create ANDAF Education Digital.
The ANDAF digital infrastructure is dedicated to 2024 courses for Administrative, Financial Directors and Controllers from major national companies.
Moreover, the ANDAF project aims to make courses more intuitive, modern, and perfectly aligned with financial managers’ professional needs.

The developed project has created a complete and scalable digital ecosystem, designed to optimize training processes and enhance participant experience. The initiative includes:

  • Advanced digital platform, GEL, designed to deliver both online and classroom courses for professional and academic training purposes.
